This is private transportation for your party. We do not sell individual seats on a scheduled shared Miami–Orlando shuttle.

The larger passenger-van category accommodates up to 14 passengers. Every adult, child and infant counts. The full luggage and seating arrangement must also fit and be confirmed.

Yes. Fourteen is a maximum, not a minimum. Smaller groups can reserve the category, subject to availability; the fare is for the vehicle and trip.

Additional pickup locations must be arranged and quoted in advance. For one pickup, the complete group should meet at the agreed location with all luggage.

Additional time is charged in 30-minute blocks: SUV XL USD 50, SUV Platinum USD 70, 9-passenger van USD 60, and 14-passenger van USD 70. Pay immediately after the service in cash or with a physical card in person; no payment link. Card payments carry a 4% fee.

Discuss your group’s needs with our team before departure and with the driver during the trip. Any planned stop should be considered when choosing a pickup time for a flight or cruise; extended stops need advance coordination and a quote.

Your assigned driver contacts you before arrival with specific instructions. Once the complete party has collected its luggage, tell the driver the door number and follow the coordinated meeting plan.

Yes, when your MIA pickup reservation includes the flight details. Send the airline and flight number and stay in contact if your travel arrangements change.

Two hours for international arrivals and one hour for domestic arrivals, counted from actual landing or an agreed fixed pickup time. If you choose a later fixed time and are ready early, wait until that time.

For an airline flight cancellation affecting your MIA pickup, we coordinate rescheduling at no additional rescheduling cost, subject to availability. Notify us promptly with the new flight details. Missing an operating flight for personal reasons is treated as a no-show.

Yes. Provide the airport name and code, flight details and destination. Our team confirms the meeting point and pickup conditions for that reservation; do not assume MIA pickup instructions apply at another airport.

Yes. Send the ship, sailing date, terminal if known and boarding deadline. Choose the departure time with sufficient margin for the road journey; we cannot guarantee a connection affected by delays outside our control.

Yes. Choose a realistic time after disembarkation and baggage collection. Follow the driver’s instructions for the authorized pickup zone and confirm when the full group is ready.

List checked suitcases, carry-ons, backpacks, strollers, folding wheelchairs and oversized items. The standard allowance is one checked suitcase up to 23 kg, one carry-on and one backpack per passenger, within the vehicle’s available capacity.

No. Passenger capacity does not mean unlimited luggage space. The complete combination of travelers, bags and child seats must fit; additional luggage may require another arrangement.

Tell us before reserving so we can confirm space. A folding wheelchair is transported as an item; the passenger must use a standard vehicle seat. The vehicle is not adapted for travel while seated in a wheelchair.

The private-transfer fare is per vehicle for the confirmed route and direction. It is not an individual shared-seat ticket.

With a deposit, the entire remaining reservation balance is payable immediately after the first service, in cash or with a physical card in person, not through a payment link. Card, Venmo and Wise payments carry a 4% fee; Zelle has no added fee. Requests within 24 hours require manual confirmation.

Cancel at least 48 hours before the service for a full refund. Later cancellations, no-shows and unused services are nonrefundable. Specific MIA flight-cancellation conditions apply when the airline cancels the flight.
