Typical sightseeing stops last around twenty to thirty minutes. You explore independently and meet the driver at the agreed time and location. We can adapt the pace within your reserved hours.

Yes. Let your driver know so the route and timing can be coordinated. Meals, shopping and all waiting time count within your booked hours; purchases and food are separate.

No. The driver stays with the vehicle while you explore. If you want someone to accompany you on foot and explain the sights, request the optional professional guide.

No. A professional guide can be arranged at an additional cost. The guide can join you on foot at selected stops and share history and interesting facts. The driver continues to stay with the vehicle.

Yes. We can purchase tickets at a preferential price and add them to your quote. Boat tickets are not included in the regular private city tour price.

Yes. Your vehicle remains reserved during the boat ride. For example, a two-hour boat activity leaves three hours for driving and other stops in a five-hour booking. Actual sailing durations vary.

Yes. We can arrange PortMiami pickup, sightseeing and an agreed MIA or FLL drop-off. Share your flight details so we can plan the route and time needed for airport check-in. The airport journey counts within your hours and is included in the personalized quote.

Allow enough time to disembark, collect all luggage and reach the authorized pickup area. Your driver coordinates the meeting point. Your reserved hours begin at the agreed pickup time, so choose it carefully.

Yes. Your luggage may stay in the vehicle under the driver’s custody during your stops and the boat ride. The driver remains with the vehicle. Tell us all luggage quantities and sizes before booking so we can confirm capacity.

Prices are per vehicle. For five hours, SUV XL starts at USD 500, van for up to nine at USD 600, van for up to fourteen at USD 700 and SUV XL Platinum at USD 700. Exact addresses, distances, itinerary and extras may increase the final quote.

Your reserved vehicle, bilingual English/Spanish driver, itinerary coordination, fuel, taxes and regular tolls are included. The driver stays with the vehicle and luggage during your stops.

Professional guides, boat and attraction tickets, meals, drinks, shopping, parking, additional hours and special arrangements are separate unless expressly included in your quote. Tips are optional.

Yes. Choose a 50% deposit or pay 100% in advance. Pay any remaining balance and additional hours immediately after the service, in cash or with a physical card in person, not through a payment link. Card payments carry a 4% fee.

For advance payments, we accept credit and debit cards, payment links, Zelle, Venmo and Wise. Card, Venmo and Wise payments carry a 4% fee; Zelle has no processing fee. Pay any remaining balance immediately after the service in cash or with a physical card in person, not through a payment link.

They start at the agreed pickup time, even if your party comes out late. Driving, waiting, meals, shopping, visits and the boat ride all count. Airport and port courtesy waiting periods from transfer services do not add free time to this hourly tour.

Additional time is subject to availability and must be coordinated with the driver. There is a fifteen-minute tolerance after the booked block; from the sixteenth extra minute, a full additional hour is charged.

No. The entire reserved block remains payable, even if you finish early or leave some hours unused.

Yes, request them in advance and provide the children’s ages. The first child seat or booster is complimentary; each additional seat is USD 20, up to three seats total. All children and infants count toward vehicle capacity.

Yes. SUV and van service between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM carries a USD 30 night surcharge. Any applicable charge will be included in the quote.

Request changes at least twenty-four hours before the service. Changes are subject to availability and confirmation. For reservations within twenty-four hours, contact our team for manual confirmation.

Cancel at least forty-eight hours before the service for a full refund. Cancellations made less than forty-eight hours before the service are nonrefundable.

For coach buses: cancel at least 14 days before service for a full refund; 7–13 days before service for a 50% refund. Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice, no-shows and unused services are nonrefundable. These conditions apply regardless of pickup location.
